LNB development concepts

The Latvian Society of the Blind Development Concept, or the set of goals for the future, covers five years. Future development requires a rational, balanced and financially secure development programme. The future development of the National Library is based on improving the quality of life of blind and partially sighted people – providing them with the opportunity to live a dignified life, in which rehabilitation, education, employment, well-being and positive relationships are integral components.
