With the support of the charity organisation Ziedot.lv, two territorial organisations of the Latvian Association of the Blind – the Jekabpils TO and the Riga TO – have been granted 6 gift cards worth 50 Eur to help members of the Association and needy pensioners. .
The criteria for receiving a gift card were low-income pensioners living alone, having a disability and a pension of less than 35o EUR.
