On 29 July the organisation Sporto Latvija in cooperation with LNSS (Latvian Blind Sports Union) within the project Come and participate and sport with us will organise EJAM VISI! charity event. <\/p>\n

We will walk together through the beautiful nature of Riga in the Dambjapurva neighbourhood, where we will enjoy a homemade soup at the end.<\/p>\n

The participants will be met by the hiking instructor at the Dambjapurva Lake recreation area by 11.00. This hike will be different in that all participants will hike with a hiking instructor. The planned distance of the hike is 8 kilometres, mostly through forests, so participants are advised to wear suitable clothing and anti-venom. The hike will also include a visit to the most interesting local attractions found in the local forests. <\/p>\n

At the end of the event, there will be a joint soup cooking on the shores of the beautiful Dambjapurva Lake, so we invite all participants to fill in the registration form in advance so that we can plan everything in time.<\/p>\n

The aim of the walk is to integrate people with visual impairments into sporting activities and to educate the public about the everyday life of blind and partially sighted people. The walk is open to everyone who wants to spend an active Saturday. <\/p>\n

We would also like to thank the Riga City District Population Centre, the Latvian Blind Sports Union, Skr\u012bveru saldumi and Magnesia \u016bdenis for their cooperation and support.<\/p>\n

Please note that during the event photography and filming will take place and the images may be posted on the websites of the Latvian Blind Sports Union and Sporto Latvija, or on the social networks Facebook and Instagram.<\/p>\n
