The territorial organisation of the LNB Ventspils covers the city and county of Ventspils, as well as the counties of Dundaga, Mērsrags, Roja and Talsi. It also includes the local organisation of Talsi.

The small Territorial Organisation building is located on the left bank of Ventspils, in the Gāliņciems residential area on the corner of Kuldīgas and Baldones Streets. It can be reached from the rest of the city by buses of routes 3, 4 or 21.

The organisation currently has 138 members, mostly people of respectable age.

President Mārtiņš Zvaigzne: “I am not a professional social worker. I consider my main task as a member of the association to be contacts with the Ventspils municipality in order to address issues of public infrastructure and environmental accessibility in the city. In the board of the territorial organisation we have collectively divided the responsibilities according to the interests and abilities of each board member.”

Vice-President Zinta Eniņa: “I have been a member since 2006. Since 2008 I have been working at LNB Ventspils TO as a social rehabilitator. For several years I have also been the acting head of the TO.”
